How to Measure a Box

Corrugated boxes are specified by their Length, Width, and Depth. For all shipping boxes such as Regular Slotted Containers (RSC's), Mailers, Garment Boxes, and Variable Depth Folders, the dimensions listed are the inside dimensions of the empty box. The first two dimensions (the length and width) are the opening of the box. The third dimension (depth) is how far you can reach into the box.
